His outcomes-focused approach and collaborative engagement style, backed by his extensive knowledge base and skill set, ensure that projects are completed on time to an exceptional standard. Stephen’s consistent track record in leadership and project management across various multi-million dollar contracts has not gone unnoticed, and in 2017 he was named the recipient of the Supreme Award and Outstanding Leadership Award at the Wellington Property People Awards. He is a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveying and a serving member of the NZIQS Registration Board.

Matt is a Registered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years of experience in the New Zealand construction industry. Throughout his career, Matt has showcased his exceptional project management skills by successfully overseeing numerous large-scale and highly technical projects. Matt has a natural inclination towards leadership, collaboration, and communication, and this combined with his strategic and solution-oriented mindset, has been instrumental in achieving success on several award-winning projects. Matt has extensive expertise in design and construction methodology and planning, and a personal commitment to on-site health and safety, ensuring Pandion delivers project success of uncompromising quality. His most recent success has been delivering Wellington’s high profile Te Wao Nui Wellington Children’s Hospital, Mark Dunajtschik & Dorothy Spotswood Building, which has already been acknowledged with prestigious awards from Master Builders & the Supreme Property Council of New Zealand.

He has a background in establishing, investing in, and building successful companies in New Zealand, as well as holding various board positions, advisory roles. With his extensive experience spanning diverse sectors, Chris brings invaluable expertise to the Pandion team.

Thomas Palmer

Thomas, a Director of Pandion and representative of the company’s investors, is based in the United States, dividing his time between the US and NZ. Currently pursuing a Masters of Business Administration at the University of Southern California, he has extensive experience in project and operations management spanning over ten years in both the public and private domains. Thomas has served as a Combat Engineer Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, fulfilling assignments both domestically and internationally, and is a Commercial Pilot and volunteer Firefighter.
